Shipping and payment

We sell fresh food, so we handle delivery differently than a regular online store. Here is how it works, from placing your order to the doorbell ringing.

Ordering and delivery

We collect orders every morning. If you order by noon, we gather everything from the farmers that same afternoon and bring it to your door in the evening, usually between 17:00 and 21:00. You will get a text message half an hour ahead, so you know when to expect us.

Delivery area

We deliver across Prague and the surrounding area. Above 800 CZK, delivery is on us; below that amount, you will see the cost calculated in the cart.

• Delivery to your door, same day for orders placed by noon
• Pickup at our collection point, free of charge
• Returnable crates are taken back on the next delivery

How we pack

We pack vegetables and fruit in paper bags, vegetable boxes go out in returnable wooden crates, and bread goes into cloth bags. Eggs travel in paper pulp trays, and jars of honey and jam are wrapped in paper so they arrive in one piece.

Payment

• Card online, instant and secure
• Bank transfer, we ship once payment clears
• Cash or card directly with the driver on delivery

Returns and complaints

We sell fresh food, so returns work differently than with regular goods. If your delivery arrives damaged or below quality, write to us within 24 hours at [email protected] with a photo, and we will sort it out right away, either with a replacement on the next delivery or a refund.
