Seasonal Vegetable Box

We put the box together every morning from whatever the farms in Polabí and Vysočina bring us that day, so the contents change with the season. Most often you will find carrots, kohlrabi, lettuce, radishes and beets, plus zucchini, peppers or pumpkin depending on the month. It is the simplest way to have varied vegetables at home without deciding what to buy. The crate is wooden and returnable, we take it back on the next delivery and send it out again. Keep the vegetables cool and use them within a week, so they keep the flavor that made us order them in the first place.
