Orchard Apples

We source our apples from the Bohuňovice Orchard in Vysočina, which had a bigger harvest than expected this year, so we lowered the price to keep anything from going to waste on the tree. It is a mix of summer varieties, so you will find slightly different shapes and colors in the bag, but all of them sweet and juicy. Eat them plain, or bake them into a strudel, both work well. Keep them somewhere cool and dry, even outside the fridge is fine, and they will easily last two to three weeks without losing their juice.
