Strawberry Jam

Farma Jahůdka brings us strawberries straight from their field, and we cook the jam in small batches so it tastes like real fruit, not sugar. Besides strawberries, sugar and lemon juice, you will not find anything else in it, no artificial color and no extra thickener. You can still feel pieces of strawberry after cooking, so it is clear this was fresh fruit, not a concentrate. Spread it on sourdough bread or stir a spoonful into yogurt. Unopened it lasts a full year; once opened, keep it in the fridge and use it within three weeks.
