Farmhouse Cheese

We only recently added the Podhradí dairy to our marketplace, and we already know it was worth it. The cheese ages for several weeks, which gives it a bolder, slightly nutty flavor and a firmer texture that slices and grates well. They source milk from two neighboring farms, so they know exactly where it comes from. It works well on its own on a board, in a sandwich, or baked into a dish. After opening, wrap it in cheese paper, not plastic, so it stays the way it should, and use it within two weeks.
